M I S S I O N S   O P P O R T U N I T Y

DESTINATION:
Dulce, NM
The Jicarilla Apache Reservation
(Dulce is approximately 350 miles)

DEPARTURE:
Saturday, June 3rd
Transportation leaves between 9:30 and 10:00 AM

RETURN:
Friday, June 9th After VBS, at noon

EXPENSES OF THE TRIP
TRAVEL:
-> Transportation will be provided. Those who use the bus
will be expected to help pay for gas. Gas will be $20 round
trip. Please be aware that there is no A/C on the bus.
-> You may drive yourself or carpool, but must help
pay for gas.

LODGING**:

-> There are several RV hookups.
-> Tents can be used on church grounds or at the
campground. There are showers at the church.
-> If you wish to sleep at the church, Please bring your
own sleeping bag or sleeping mat.
->There will be a block of rooms at the Wild Horse Casino
and Motel. Prices run $89-$111 (+tax) per night per room;
cost can be reduced by sharing rooms.
**each person is responsible for paying for their own lodging

DINING:
-> For the trip down you can pack a lunch and for the trip
back there will be sack lunches supplied for you
-> While in Dulce, 3 meals a day will be provided for you.
-> If you have food allergies or a special diet, our awesome
cook will do her best to accommodate all.
-> Food cost:$120 per person.

WHAT WE WILL BE DOING
-> There will be a 5-day Vacation Bible School Camp with
approximately 30 children
-> Painting, carpentry, plumbing
-> Yard work, cleaning and organizing
-> Cooking meals and clean-up afterwards, each day
for the entire group

Many ways to participate!
-> The success of anything depends on prayer, so if you
are unable to go on the trip, your prayers are vital. Please
pray for the safety of all and for a successful mission trip.
-> You may also participate by donating small items for
the “store” where kids can “buy” items with the points they
earn at camp.
-> Donations of cash for scholarships to help those who
wish to serve but cannot afford the cost of the mission trip.
-> Monetary donations for supplies
